Avesoro Resources

Avesoro Resources, through its subsidiary Bea Mountain Mining Corporation, entered into equipment finance facility agreements with Mapa İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. to purchase heavy mining equipment worth approximately US$10.3 million, including excavators, haul trucks, and auxiliary equipment. Delivery to New Liberty Mine is expected in Q1 2018.

Avesoro Resources reached an agreement with Avesoro Jersey to acquire five gold exploration companies (AAA Exploration Burkina, Cayman Burkina Mines, Jersey Netiana Mining, MNG Gold Burkina, MNG Gold Exploration) for £52.7 million ($69.5 million).

Avesoro Resources' subsidiary BMMC purchased new heavy equipment for the New Liberty gold mine in Liberia, including drill rigs and haul trucks, via a finance facility with Mapa Insaat ve Ticaret. Delivery is expected by late October 2017.

Bea Mountain Mining Corp, a subsidiary of Avesoro Resources, entered into equipment finance facility agreements with Mapa İnşaat ve Ticaret to purchase heavy mining equipment for the New Liberty gold mine in Liberia. The agreements total approximately $6.1 million for two Sandvik drill rigs, one Komatsu excavator and four Komatsu haul trucks, with delivery expected in late October 2017.
