China Biologic Products Holdings, Inc.

China Biologic Products Holdings agreed to acquire an 80% equity interest in TianXinFu (Beijing) Medical Appliance Co., Ltd. from PW Medtech Group Limited. In exchange, China Biologic will issue 5,521,000 ordinary shares to PWM, which will hold approximately 16.66% of China Biologic's outstanding shares.
