Shandong Ruyi Investment Holding

Shandong Ruyi Investment Holding has completed its acquisition of INVISTA's Apparel & Advanced Textiles business, which will operate as The LYCRA Company. The transaction includes eight manufacturing facilities, four R&D labs, and approximately 3,000 employees.

Invista Apparel & Advanced Textiles signed a memorandum with Foshan Nanhai Sanshan Scientific Innovation Park to construct a new Textile Innovation Center in Foshan, China, scheduled to open later in 2018.

Shandong Ruyi Investment Holding has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Invista's Apparel & Advanced Textiles business, including the Lycra and Coolmax brands, with about 3,000 employees globally. Closing is expected by mid-2018.
