Cementir Italia

Colacem S.p.A. acquired 100% of Maddaloni Cementi S.r.l., owner of a cement production plant in Maddaloni, Italy, from Cementir Italia S.p.A. (controlled by Italcementi/HeidelbergCement). The deal closed on June 1, 2018.

HeidelbergCement subsidiary Italcementi completed the acquisition of Cementir Italia, including its subsidiaries Cementir Sacci and Betontir, for an enterprise value of €315 million. The deal includes 5 integrated cement plants and 2 cement grinding units with a total capacity of 5.5 million tonnes per year, all in Italy.

HeidelbergCement's Italian subsidiary Italcementi agreed to buy Cementir Italia from Cementir Holding for an enterprise value of €315 million. The acquisition includes five integrated cement plants and two grinding centers with total capacity of 5.5 million tonnes per year.
