Fantuzzi Noell Ibérica

Konecranes Ibérica has absorbed Fantuzzi Noell Ibérica, resulting in the dissolution of the latter. This follows Konecranes' acquisition of Terex Port Equipment's material handling and port solutions business for 806 million euros, completed in January 2017.
