Hilton Food Group will open a new manufacturing facility in Eastern Canada to serve a long-term supply agreement with Walmart. The facility will provide robotised store order picking into Walmart's distribution centres, with production set to start in 2026.

Hilton Food Group has signed a long-term supply agreement with Walmart to supply meat, fish and other proteins to Walmart's North American supermarkets. The company will open a new manufacturing facility in Eastern Canada to serve the contract, with production set to start in 2026.

Hilton Food Group is to acquire UK sous vide manufacturer HFR Food Solutions Limited. The transaction is scheduled to complete on 28 February 2019, with an estimated total payable of approximately £3.3 million.

Hilton Food Group is building a $115 million case-ready and value-added meat facility at the Logos Heathwood Logistics Estate south of Brisbane for Woolworths. Production start-up is expected from Q4 2019.

Hilton Food Group has agreed to buy a 50% share in Netherlands-based vegetarian product manufacturer Dalco Food, forming a joint venture. The deal includes an option to buy the remaining 50% in 2024.

Hilton Food Group has signed a five-year supply agreement with Tesco to supply pre-packed meat to Tesco's Central European stores. Hilton will also invest €6 million to build a factory in Poland to produce fresh food items.
