HC SemiTek to build world's largest sapphire substrate base in Yunnan
HC SemiTek Corp., through its subsidiary Crystaland Co., will invest USD 150 million to build a sapphire substrate production base in Yuxi, Yunnan province, China, with an annual capacity of 35 million chips. Construction is set to begin in September 2017 and last 16 months.
