Micross Components

On July 1st, 2021, SemiDice was acquired by Micross Components. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Micross Components has signed an agreement with SemiQ to become an authorized worldwide supplier of SemiQ's silicon carbide (SiC) products in die form.

Micross Components announced further progress in its strategic integration with Corfin Industries, combining their microelectronic component and modification services. The announcement was made on May 5, 2020.

Corfin Industries, LLC announced a strategic combination with Micross Components, Inc., led by majority shareholder Behrman Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) has awarded a supply contract to Micross Components Limited for ASIC qualification packaging and test services, valued at £273,027.75. The contract runs from May 6, 2019 to November 18, 2020.

Micross Components has acquired the High-Reliability Discrete Diodes and Assemblies business of Semtech Corporation. The acquired business is headquartered in Reynosa, Mexico, and provides semiconductor solutions including diodes, rectifiers and transient voltage suppression products for aerospace, defense and medical customers.
