Archroma

BASF has agreed to acquire global surface treatment company Chemetall for $3.2 billion, subject to regulatory approval, expected to close by end of 2016.

Archroma entered into an agreement to acquire the Textile Effects business of Huntsman Corp. Terms were not disclosed; the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
