Repligen

Purolite, an Ecolab company, extended its agreement with Repligen Corporation until 2032 to supply five high-performance ligands for bioprocessing. The partnership includes development of Praesto Jetted A50 HipH resin.

Repligen Corporation announced an agreement to acquire Polymem S.A., a French manufacturer of hollow fiber membranes and modules. The acquisition is expected to close in Repligen's third fiscal quarter of 2021. Financial details were not disclosed.

Repligen Corp acquired Spectrum, Inc. (Spectrum LifeSciences), a maker of hollow-fiber filtration products and KrosFlo TFF systems, for approximately $359 million ($120 million cash plus $239 million in Repligen stock). The deal closed on August 1, 2017.
