Medartis Holding AG agreed to acquire the remaining 53% stake in KeriMedical for CHF 99 million in cash, following FDA approval of the KeriMedical TOUCH prosthesis.

Swiss medical device company Medartis announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Brazilian orthopedic solutions company NeoOrtho. The deal value was not disclosed. Medartis can increase its stake to 100% within four years.

Medartis Holding AG completed the acquisition of Nextremity Solutions Inc. for up to $70 million, including milestone payments. The deal was announced on March 7, 2022.

Medartis Holding AG has signed an agreement to acquire Nextremity Solutions Inc., a US MedTech company specializing in orthopaedic solutions for extremities. The acquisition aims to accelerate Medartis' US extremities business.

Medartis Holding AG acquired a strategic minority stake of 25% in KeriMedical for CHF 10 million, with exclusive distribution rights in selected markets and a partnership in product development.

Medartis AG, a Swiss medical device manufacturer, acquired 100% of its Brazilian distributor Extera, effective August 14, 2017, to strengthen its direct market presence in Brazil. Extera is based in São Paulo and employs about 70 people.
