TSK

Huvis Water, a subsidiary of Huvis, and TSK Corporation signed an agreement for integration, with TSK becoming the 100% parent company of Huvis Water and Huvis acquiring new shares of TSK.

Rolls-Royce, as part of a consortium with contractor TSK, signed an EPC contract with Prime Energía Quickstart Spa to build five power plants in Chile using 265 MTU 16V 4000 gensets, totaling 475 MW capacity.

Siemens is supplying 14 SGT-800 industrial gas turbines, 11 steam turbines and other equipment for the conversion of three power plants in Bolivia to combined cycle, increasing installed capacity by over 1 GW. The first two turbines began shipment from Sweden in May 2017.

TSK has acquired Ingeteam's subsidiary that engineers and constructs electric power generation plants, including solar thermal and biomass plants. The subsidiary is located in the Technological Park of Álava, Spain.
