McCloskey International

Metso Corporation acquired McCloskey International, a mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturer, for EUR 279 million. The acquisition strengthens Metso's aggregates business in key growth areas.

Metso completed the acquisition of McCloskey International in October 2019, bringing together two mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturers. McCloskey and its subsidiary Lippmann-Milwaukee will operate independently under Metso.

Metso signed an agreement to acquire McCloskey International, a Canadian mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturer, for CAD 464 million (EUR 308 million) in pro forma sales. The acquisition expands Metso's aggregates offering globally.

McCloskey International completed a £17 million investment in a new 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility at Granville Industrial Estate in Tyrone, Northern Ireland, creating over 100 jobs.
