Bundy Baking Solutions

LINXIS Group, together with its financial sponsor IK Partners, acquired Shaffer, a manufacturer of industrial mixers and process equipment, from Bundy Baking Solutions. The Bundy family will remain as minority owners.

Bundy Baking Solutions acquired the FBS Prestige division of Fluorocarbon Ltd, including three coating facilities in the UK and a coating and pan manufacturing facility in Romania, expanding its European presence.
