Siemens Gas and Power won a contract from CCZ JV to supply three cryogenic boil-off gas compressor trains for the Golden Pass LNG export terminal in Sabine Pass, Texas, with each package driven by a 6.8 MW electric motor.
McDermott, Chiyoda International and Zachry Group were awarded a contract by Golden Pass Products to build three LNG trains at Sabine Pass, Texas, with total capacity of about 16 million tpy. Work starts in 1Q19 with completion projected for 2024.
Rotork is supplying several hundred pneumatic actuators, including 9-tonne GP-350 spring-return units, plus control panels for the Freeport LNG liquefaction project in Texas. The project is a joint venture of CB&I, Zachry Group and Chiyoda International.
