Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp

Junlian Zhixing, a unit of Ningbo Joyson Electronic, will supply 5G-TBOX and 5G-VBOX solutions for NIO's 5G vehicle-to-everything platform, with the project worth about CNY660 million.

The Philippine Competition Commission cleared Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corporation's acquisition of substantial assets in Takata Corporation. The deal includes Takata's Philippine subsidiary, which operates a plant in Biñan, Laguna manufacturing airbag fabric and seatbelt webbing.

Key Safety Systems and Takata reached an agreement in principle for KSS to purchase substantially all of Takata's global assets and operations for $1.588 billion, excluding PSAN airbag inflator operations.
