Hörl & Hartmann Ziegeltechnik

Hörl & Hartmann Ziegeltechnik acquired 50% of the shares in Ziegelwerk Ott in Deisendorf from EPIC Holding, effective July 1, 2019. The partnership aims to modernize production and strengthen market presence in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.

Hörl & Hartmann Ziegeltechnik acquired all shares in Ziegelwerk Klosterbeuren, a brick manufacturer in Markt Babenhausen, effective April 1. The acquisition makes Hörl & Hartmann the largest family-run brick manufacturer in Southern Germany, with 200 employees and annual production of around 300 million standard-size bricks.
