Freudenberg Medical will invest more than $3 million to build a new 36,000 sq. ft. medical manufacturing facility in Beverly, Massachusetts, which will also serve as its global headquarters. The facility is expected to be operational in the second half of 2019 and employ about 70 people.

Freudenberg Medical will construct a new 36,000 sq. ft. medical manufacturing facility in Beverly, Massachusetts, relocating and expanding its Gloucester operation and establishing its global headquarters there. The $3M+ investment is expected to be operational in the second half of 2020 and create 70 jobs.

Vistamed opened a €9 million expansion of its manufacturing facility in Carrick-on-Shannon, adding 45,000 square feet. The company's total workforce is now over 525.

Freudenberg Medical Group, an arm of Freudenberg Group, is upgrading and expanding its Shenzhen medical plant as part of a 1.2 billion yuan ($176.4 million) investment in China. The expansion includes adding 600 square meters of clean rooms for thermoplastic and silicone precision molding.
