Dianchi Water (03768) signed a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) concession contract with Luquan County government for a wastewater collection and treatment project involving 13 new treatment plants and one upgrade, with total investment of approximately RMB 153 million and a 30-year concession period.

Dianchi Water (03768) agreed to acquire 100% of Kunming Dongchuan Guozhen Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. for 14.7837 million yuan from Yunnan Guozhen Environmental Technology, expanding its water treatment business in Yunnan province.

Dianchi Water (03768) announced on September 20, 2017, that it plans to acquire 100% of Debeiao Water for 80.23 million yuan. Debeiao Water holds concession rights for seven wastewater treatment plants in Leshan, Sichuan.

Dianchi Water (03768) signed a BOT concession contract with the Yiliang County government in Yunnan Province to invest, build, operate and manage a wastewater treatment plant for the Yiliang Industrial Park. The project has a total design capacity of 20,000 m³/d and an estimated total investment of about RMB 51 million.
