Toyoda Gosei Minda India Private Limited

Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. proposes to merge its two group companies in India, Toyoda Gosei Minda India Pvt. Ltd. (TGMIN) and Minda TG Rubber Pvt. Ltd. (MTG), to improve management efficiency in the Indian market.

Toyoda Gosei Minda India (TGMIN) is establishing a new plant in Mandal, Gujarat, India to produce airbags, weatherstrips and other automotive parts. The investment is 732 million rupees, with production starting in the second half of fiscal 2018.
