NDR Auto Components approved additional capital expenditure of INR 113.4 million for its Naviyani plant and INR 71.9 million for its Kharkhoda plant for new programmes of Maruti Suzuki India and Suzuki Motorcycle India.
NDR Auto Components announced a joint venture with Korea's DYA Co., Ltd. to manufacture automotive seats for Kia India and Hyundai India. The JV involves an investment of up to ₹62.96 crore, with NDR holding 51% and DYA 49%.
