Imagination Technologies

Canyon Bridge reached an agreement to acquire most of Imagination Technologies for £550 million, excluding the MIPS Technologies division which will be sold to Tallwood Venture Capital for $65 million.

Sondrel has signed an agreement to acquire the IMGworks division of Imagination Technologies, adding SoC design and software integration capabilities to its engineering consultancy. The combined team will comprise over 250 employees.
