Sondrel

Sondrel concluded negotiations for a $23 million design and supply contract for a next-generation video processing chip. The initial phase is valued at over $9 million, with production revenues of $14 million expected over 10-15 years starting in 2026.

Sondrel has signed an agreement to acquire the IMGworks division of Imagination Technologies, adding SoC design and software integration capabilities to its engineering consultancy. The combined team will comprise over 250 employees.
