HENSOLDT and MyDefence received an order for a mobile integrated counter-UAS system from an unnamed Southeast Asian customer for homeland security. The system includes Spexer 360 radar and Watchdog 200 RF detector.

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace entered into a contract with the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment (BAAINBw) to deliver a Counter Unmanned Aerial System based on the PROTECTOR Remote Weapon Station, worth 250 MNOK.

HENSOLDT has agreed to acquire London-based Kelvin Hughes Group, a provider of security and maritime radar solutions, from UK private equity firm ECI and management. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in Q4 2017.

HENSOLDT signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire EuroAvionics GmbH from Equistone Partners Europe and management. The transaction is subject to anti-trust approvals, with closing expected in Q3 2017.
