Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. approved an investment of approximately CNY 473.9 million for upgrading and deodorization projects at a wastewater treatment plant and purification center in Xi'an. The company will inject CNY 142 million as capital into its Xi'an subsidiary, with the remainder financed through bank loans.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection and its joint venture partners will increase investment in the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment and reuse PPP project by CNY 10.5232 million, with Tianjin Capital contributing CNY 1.6837 million.

A consortium led by Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection's subsidiary Guizhou Chuangye Water won a wastewater treatment PPP project in Shibing County, Guizhou, with total investment of about 99.5094 million RMB. The project includes existing and new assets with total capacity of 8,550 m³/day.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection (joint lead) and Tianjin Second Municipal Highway Engineering have been awarded a PPP project for the construction, upgrade and pipeline network of township wastewater treatment plants in Honghu, China. The project is valued at 438 million yuan.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company submitted a bid for the Xiaocangfang wastewater treatment project in Hefei, with a total investment of approximately CNY 1.439 billion. The project includes existing phases I and II (100,000 m³/day each) and a new phase III (200,000 m³/day).

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company's board approved a CNY 84 million capital increase for Fuyang subsidiary, increasing its registered capital from CNY 107 million to CNY 190 million.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company's board approved a CNY 21 million capital increase for Baoying subsidiary to fund expansion of the Xianhe sewage treatment plant.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection will invest CNY 7.5648 million to increase capital in its subsidiary Tianjin Jinning Chuanghuan Water, which will invest CNY 25.6485 million to upgrade the first phase of a wastewater treatment plant in Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone, Tianjin. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection, as lead of a consortium, won the PPP project for the expansion of the Chunliuhe sewage treatment plant in Dalian. The project has a total investment of CNY221 million and a treatment capacity of 120,000 cubic meters per day.

Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection (01065) signed two equipment procurement contracts with Tianjin Mechanical & Electrical for the Beicang and Jingu wastewater treatment plants, totaling approximately RMB 384 million (RMB 126 million and RMB 259 million respectively), to upgrade effluent quality to meet local Class A standards.
