IZI Medical Products acquired RadioMed Corporation, manufacturer of VISICOIL implantable fiducial markers, from IBA S.A. This is IZI's fourth add-on acquisition in 24 months.

IZI Medical Products LLC acquired select soft tissue biopsy and breast localization needle assets from Cook Medical, including the Quick-Core Biopsy Needle, MReye Breast Localization Coil, and Kopans and X-Reidy Lesion Localization Needles. This is IZI's third add-on acquisition in 19 months.

IZI Medical Products, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, acquired select soft tissue biopsy and breast localization needle assets from Cook Medical. The acquired products include Quick-Core Biopsy Needle, MReye Breast Localization Coil, and Kopans and X-Reidy Lesion Localization Needles.

IZI Medical Products, a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company, acquired the vertebroplasty family of products from Cook Medical, including needles, injectors and cements under the Duro-Ject, Osteo-Site, Osteo-Force and Vertefix brands.
