Alicon Castalloy

Alicon Castalloy Limited has won multi-year contracts worth Rs 810 crore with two global automakers and two Tier 1 suppliers. Supplies will commence between June 2020 and December 2021, with manufacturing at facilities in Pune, India and Slovakia.

The board of Alicon Castalloy approved issuing 860,000 equity shares to Enkei Corporation at Rs 478 per share on a preferential basis, increasing Enkei's stake from 8.98% to 14.94%.
