Spectrum Plastics Group

Spectrum Plastics Group acquired substantially all assets of Laser Light Technologies, an ISO-certified laser processing company based in Hermann, Missouri. The acquisition adds advanced laser processing capabilities for polymer and metal components.

Spectrum Plastics Group completed the expansion of its Sandy, Utah facility, doubling its footprint to 100,000 square feet. The expansion includes new Class 7 clean room space for catheter sub-assemblies and is expected to create over 100 jobs.

Kohlberg & Company closed the acquisition of Pexco and merged it with PPC Industries (including Kelpac Medical) to form The Spectrum Plastics Group, a medical device plastics supplier with 20 plants across five countries and three continents.
