Park Systems

Park Systems broke ground on its new Gwacheon headquarters on September 15, 2023, with a KRW 64.2 billion investment, expected completion by 2026. It also secured a factory allocation in the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster for a manufacturing center planned by 2027.

Park Systems, a South Korean AFM manufacturer, acquired Accurion GmbH, a German company specializing in imaging spectroscopic ellipsometers and active vibration isolations. The acquisition was celebrated on October 14, 2022.

Park Systems has signed a contract with Powerchip Technology Corporation to supply atomic force microscopes for microlens measurement production processes in Taiwan, valued at KRW 1.7865 billion, with a contract period ending November 30, 2017.
