REMA TIP TOP wins order to line over 130 tank containers for Van Hool and GATX
TIP TOP OBERFLÄCHENSCHUTZ ELBE GmbH, a subsidiary of REMA TIP TOP AG, will line over 130 tank containers and tank wagons for Van Hool and GATX with acid-resistant rubber lining in the first half of 2020. The tanks will be used by BASF.

BASF launches new logistics concept with AGVs and tank containers at Ludwigshafen
BASF is implementing a new integrated storage and logistics concept at its Ludwigshafen site, including a new design of AGV optimized for rail tank containers and a new tank container depot. The AGV, developed with VDL Group, is a worldwide first and will cut delivery time from 22 hours to one hour. 90 new tank containers will be in use from July 2017, with 550 more delivered in 2018.
