Steel Strips Wheels Ltd.

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd announced it has won export orders worth approximately $12 million from customers in the Western Hemisphere. Deliveries from its Chennai and Dappar plants are scheduled through end of January 2022.

Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) signed a memorandum of understanding worth approximately $105 million to supply steel and aluminium wheels to a customer in the Western Hemisphere for a minimum of three years. Steel wheel supplies will commence from Chennai and Dappar plants by September 2021, and aluminium wheel supplies from Mehsana plant by end of December 2021.

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has received export orders worth over $455,000 for approximately 42,000 wheels for the trailer market in the US and EU. The orders will be executed in September and October 2020 from its Chennai plant.

Steel Strips Wheels received an export order from Volkswagen Mexico to supply approximately 350,000 steel wheels for the Pacheco, Argentina plant, worth over $6.5 million over six years starting in 2020.

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) has won an export order from OPEL Spain (Group PSA) for over 650,000 steel wheels valued at over €6 million, to be shipped from October 2019 over six years.

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has secured an export order to supply 18,500 steel wheels for the EU caravan market from its Chennai plant.

India-based Steel Strips Wheels Ltd. has won an export order to supply 19,000 steel wheels for the EU caravan market, to be delivered over three months.
