Zenuity

Autoliv and Volvo Cars launched Zenuity, a 50/50 joint venture to develop ADAS and autonomous driving technologies, with Autoliv investing SEK 1.1 billion ($125 million). The JV is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, with operations in Munich and Detroit, and started with 300 employees.
