The South African Competition Commission approved the takeover of Paramount Aerospace Holdings by Aerospace Holdings, which is ultimately controlled by a trust that also controls Paramount International.

Harlow Aerostructures acquired the businesses of Aerospace Holdings, a provider of aerospace components and assemblies for military and civilian fixed-wing and helicopter markets. Aerospace Holdings includes NC Dynamics and Valley Tool and Manufacturing.
