Chembond Chemicals

The Board of Chembond Chemicals Limited agreed to demerge its construction chemicals and water technologies businesses into Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited. The scheme was approved on December 12, 2023.

The boards of Chembond Polymers & Materials and Chembond Material Technologies, both units of Chembond Chemicals Ltd, agreed to merge the two companies.

Chembond Chemicals Ltd has acquired 100% shareholding in Phiroze Sethna Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of sealants and adhesives for the automotive industry, along with its subsidiary Gramos Chemicals India Pvt Ltd.

Chembond Chemicals Limited has acquired Phiroze Sethna Pvt Ltd, a sealants and adhesives company. The announcement was made on November 17, 2017.

Chembond Chemicals has entered into an agreement to acquire the equity shares of Chembond Solenis Water Technologies (CSWTL) from Solenis Netherlands B.V., making CSWTL a wholly owned subsidiary.
