Alltemp, Inc.

Alltemp completed construction and upgrades to a new 10,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Roseburg, Oregon, for mass production of its energy-saving refrigerants. The facility includes a customized ventilation system and digital testing system.

Alltemp raised more than $4.5 million to increase manufacturing capacity of alltemp refrigerant to 5 million pounds per month at its Oregon facility, expand product line, and hire a worldwide sales force.

Alltemp, Inc. (formerly Source Financial, Inc.) closed its merger with CSES Group, Inc., issuing shares and warrants to CSES shareholders. Alltemp also raised $4.5 million to expand refrigerant manufacturing capacity.
