Fibrix

VPC Group, a vertically integrated foam and fiber manufacturer, has acquired Fibrix, a nonwoven business based in Conover, North Carolina. VPC's nonwoven businesses will be consolidated under the Fibrix banner.

Fibrix LLC acquired specific assets of Custom Nonwovens, Inc. in Thomasville, NC, including personnel, multiple manufacturing lines, and intellectual property related to furniture and bedding products. The transaction was completed April 21, 2017.
