Sediver

Sediver S.p.A. has acquired 100% of Seves Glass Block s.r.o from Progresus Group and Casper Group. The transaction closed on 30 September 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sediver will invest to transform the facility into an integrated production hub for toughened glass insulators and glass blocks.

Seves Group division Sediver opened a new $15 million facility in West Memphis, Arkansas, manufacturing toughened glass insulators for high voltage transmission lines. The plant is Sediver's first U.S. production investment in nearly two decades and is expected to hire up to 75 employees.
