Purvis Industries has acquired substantially all assets, brand rights, websites, and intellectual property of Foresight Automation, a systems integrator based in Fort Worth, Texas, effective March 29, 2019.

KMEC Engineering & Conveying Systems, a subsidiary of Purvis Industries, has acquired the assets, trademarks, brand rights, patents, and intellectual property of PICOR, a designer of bulk material loading systems.

Purvis Industries acquired substantially all assets, brand rights, personnel and intellectual property of the Kinder Morgan Engineering and Conveying division of Kinder Morgan, Inc. The new entity will operate as KMEC Engineering and Conveying Systems.
