The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers awarded a $15,063,927.32 contract to CH2M — Burns & McDonnell Joint Venture for engineering and design services for the Advanced Compound Semiconductor Laboratory/Microelectronics Integration Facility at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission awarded a $939 million contract to a joint venture of MWH Constructors and Webcor Builders to replace biosolid digester facilities at the Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant. The project will be built in two phases starting in 2018, with completion scheduled for mid-2025.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of CH2M HILL Companies Ltd. in a cash and stock transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $3.27 billion, including about $416 million of CH2M net debt. The deal was announced on August 2, 2017.

The City of North Miami Beach and CH2M entered a 15-year partnership for engineering, operations and maintenance, and progressive design-build services for NMB Water, serving over 180,000 customers. Operations transitioned on July 17, 2017.

C2V+, a joint venture between CH2M and VolkerStevin, was awarded a contract by United Utilities for a £70 million wastewater treatment system upgrade in the Morecambe Bay catchment. The project started in March 2017 and is scheduled for completion in 2020.
