Hennecke to acquire all shares of polyurethane machinery maker OMS Group
Hennecke GmbH agreed to acquire all shares of OMS Group, a polyurethane processing machinery and plant maker, with the sale expected to become legally effective at the end of December 2017 and all jobs and sites retained.
