First Aviation Services, Inc. acquired Kelly Aerospace Turbine Rotables, Inc. (KTR), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kelly Aerospace, Inc. KTR is an FAA certified repair station in Wichita, Kansas providing overhaul and repair services for aircraft components.
