Toyota Boshoku

Toyota Boshoku will invest USD 31 million to expand its operations in Jackson, Tennessee, creating 139 jobs.

Three automobile suppliers – Autoneum, Nihon Tokushu Toryo (Nittoku) and Toyota Boshoku – are to expand their existing collaboration through joint research and development activities.

Autoneum, Nittoku and Toyota Boshoku have agreed to establish a joint venture for research and development in vehicle acoustics.

Toyota Boshoku licensed its high-performance impact modifier technology to Mitsui Chemicals for commercialization and marketing, targeting automotive and industrial applications.

Toyota Boshoku decided to sell all shares of three European subsidiaries (Boshoku Automotive Europe, Boshoku Automotive Poland, Boshoku Automotive Czech) and part of the Munich office business, and form a 50/50 joint venture with Megatech Industries AG for door trim production using natural fiber technology.
