Maroon Group was appointed exclusive distributor of Elementis Specialties' functional additives in the eastern US territory, effective July 1, 2018.

Elementis Specialties appointed Maroon Group to represent it in the eastern United States for coatings, adhesives, inks, and sealants customers, effective July 1, 2018.

The NRC Group and Elementis Specialties expanded their distribution partnership to include paints, coatings, adhesives, construction chemicals and lubricants, building on their existing personal care collaboration.

Chromaflo Technologies Corp. has acquired the Elementis Tint-Ayd line of colorant products and select Dapro driers from Elementis Specialties, Inc., effective March 17, 2017. The purchase price was not disclosed.
