Johnson Electric Holdings Limited

Johnson Electric will expand its industrial site in Murten, Switzerland, with an investment of 30 million Swiss francs. The project is expected to create 80 new jobs and construction will begin in January 2018.

Johnson Electric signed an agreement to acquire an additional 50% equity interest in Halla Stackpole Corporation for KRW 93.9 billion (about US$83.8 million), increasing its ownership to 80%. HSC is a supplier of powder metal components to the automotive industry in Asia.
