Halla Stackpole

Johnson Electric signed an agreement to acquire an additional 50% equity interest in Halla Stackpole Corporation for KRW 93.9 billion (about US$83.8 million), increasing its ownership to 80%. HSC is a supplier of powder metal components to the automotive industry in Asia.

Johnson Electric International (UK) Limited agreed to acquire 50% of Halla Stackpole from Halla Holdings Corporation for 93.854 billion KRW (about $83.8 million), increasing its stake from 30% to 80%.
