Kangda Environmental Protection

Kangda Environmental Protection (06136) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. will sell 100% equity of Zhongshan Kangda Water Co., Ltd. to Zhongshan Xiaolan Water Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of 96.05 million yuan.

Kangda Environmental Protection's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Kangda Investment (Hong Kong) renewed an engineering services agreement with Jiangxi Yinlong for the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025. The agreement covers civil works, construction, installation engineering, and equipment supply for wastewater treatment facility projects, with annual caps of RMB 55 million.

China Water Affairs Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sharp Profit Investments Limited, agreed on April 3, 2019 to acquire a 29.52% stake in Kangda International Environmental (Kangda Environmental) from Kangda Holdings and Zhao Sizhen for a total consideration of HKD 1.2 billion.

Kangda Environmental (06136) subsidiary Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. signed a PPP project agreement with Longkou Water Authority for a wastewater treatment plant in Longkou, Shandong, China. Phase 1 investment is about CNY 125 million, with a daily treatment capacity of 40,000 tons (total 60,000 tons).

Kangda Environmental Protection's subsidiary Chongqing Kangda signed a PPP agreement with Tianjin Ninghe District Water Authority for the Jiulong Paper wastewater comprehensive utilization system project, with an estimated total investment of about RMB 79.93 million.

Kangda Environmental Protection (06136) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Kangda Environmental Protection Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire 100% equity of Shandong Fengmin Water for at least 32.3 million yuan, expanding its water business in Shandong province.
