Basalt Projects to build basalt fiber plant in Pskov SEZ
AO Basaltovyye Proyekty plans to invest 2.7 billion rubles in a plant producing continuous basalt fiber in the Mogilino SEZ, Pskov region. The project is scheduled for 2017-2019 and aims to increase Russian production from 2,500-3,000 tons to 5,000 tons per year.
