DIA (DI) signed a semiconductor inspection equipment supply contract worth KRW 2,178,720,000 with Samsung Electronics' semiconductor subsidiary in Suzhou, China.

DI Corp (DI) has signed a 31.7 billion won contract with Samsung Electronics to supply semiconductor test equipment, including DDR5 next-generation burn-in testers and NAND high-speed burn-in testers. The contract was announced on March 12, 2021.

DI (DI Co., Ltd.) signed a contract worth 34.53 billion KRW to supply next-generation DDR5 burn-in testers to Samsung Electronics, representing 31.5% of DI's recent sales. The contract was signed on January 14, 2021.
