Sino Zimbabwe Cement Company

Sino Zimbabwe Cement Company will commission a $50 million brick and tile manufacturing plant in Gweru, Zimbabwe, in October 2018. The plant, a joint venture with the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe, will have an initial capacity of 60 million bricks per annum.

Sino Zimbabwe Cement Company's brick-making plant in Gweru is 70% complete, with operations expected to start mid-November 2018. The $10 million investment will initially produce 16 million bricks annually.
