Brown Machine Group (BMG) acquired the robotics capabilities from automation equipment supplier aXatronics. The acquisition enhances BMG's automation offerings for thermoforming and packaging solutions.

Industrial Growth Partners V, L.P., in partnership with management and certain outside investors, acquired BMG, a provider of turnkey thermoforming and packaging systems for the food & beverage market, on October 4, 2018.

Industrial Growth Partners (IGP) acquired IOTA Engineering, a maker of back-up power supply equipment, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction closed on February 24, 2017.
